This illustration is a reminder:
Every single feeling is legit.
That is what I experienced in a Clown workshop I did with Alain Vigneau.
Clowns are allowed to show themselves as they are, including all the feelings and emotions that people think they shouldn't show because that would make them vulnerable to the world...
Clowns accept themselves as they are, they get empowered when they show their feelings and become emotionally confident.

Esto fue lo que experimenté en un taller de Clown Esencial que hice con Alain Vigneau.
El Clown se permite mostrarse tal cual es, incluyendo todos los sentimientos y emociones que desde el punto de vista social no están permitidos porque nos hacen vulnerables ante el mundo…
El Clown los acepta, se acepta tal cual es, y así se empodera y se convierte en alguien emocionalmente seguro y fuerte.
